The castle is naturally cool thanks to its thick walls and features an infinity pool with spectacular countryside views. Built in the 16th century, the castle's design boasts a distinct square layout with a central raised section, anchored by four round towers at its corners. Renaissance influences are evident in the elegant arched loggias adorned with stone columns, stretching along two sides.
Inside, each room has its own charm. The main dining area, complete with French windows, overlooks a terrace that extends to a garden equipped for alfresco dining. The twin bedroom, featuring frescoed ceilings, stands out as an exemplary display of the castle's artistic heritage. Nonetheless, every bedroom in the castle offers a unique touch be it through painted beams, antique furnishings, or the locally-sourced cotton weave from Busatti.

We loved our stay, a week with extended family to celebrate some significant birthdays. The rooms are beautiful and all have high ceilings and lots of character. Stefano provided a helpful list of local recommendations, and kindly helped us with bookings when needed. He also put us in touch with a good local chef. All in all a success!
